- * This service is activated for 1 year from the delivery date.
- * Our technician will contact you for case study before on-site service is arranged; our technician reserves the right to decide whether on-site checking is necessary.
- * Five times of free on-site service the maximum for one registered printer.
- * This service includes basic checking and print test, excludes maintenance, cleaning, consumables, damage caused by misuse or negligence. Service maintenance required by customer will be chargeable.
- * On-site service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, extra charges for remote areas and outlying islands.
- * In case of any disputes, INKB2B Limited reserves the final right of decision.
